About the official site going dark
Is Pandagoo shut down for good?
Nobody official has said so. On 24 October 2026 the site returned a Cloudflare 522 error, which means Cloudflare could not reach the server behind it. That fits a server that is switched off, moved or broken. We report what loads, not what it means.
Is this site Pandagoo's new address?
No. pandagoo.info is an independent guide with no connection to Pandagoo. We have no access to any Pandagoo account and cannot place orders.
Where can I sign up instead?
We do not link to any sign-up page while pandagoo.com does not load. If you need an agent now, run the nine-line audit on the agent figure audit page on any service you are considering.
About money and balances
Was Pandagoo really free to use?
Its buying commission was advertised as zero. Payments still went through a handling formula with a fixed dollar part and a percentage, whose values were never saved. Freight was charged as normal.
What happens to money left in a balance?
The archive does not say what happens if the site stops working. Its withdrawal screens existed but the rules were not saved. This is why we suggest topping up only what the next order needs, with any agent.
How long did a refund take?
Up to twelve days after the seller agreed, paid to the account balance rather than your card.
About parcels and deadlines
How long could goods sit in the warehouse?
Three hundred days free from warehouse entry for purchased goods; sixty days for forwarded boxes that arrived unmatched.
How quickly did a parcel leave?
With a system quote, about one to two days after packing. With a manual quote, a price within eight hours if submitted between 09:00 and 16:00 Beijing time, then about 24 hours after payment.
Could I ship perfume?
The archived banned list starts with perfume. Treat bottled fragrance as unshippable unless support confirms a line in writing.
Help desk for stuck Pandagoo orders
If something goes wrong with an order placed before the site stopped loading, this is the order we would work through. None of it needs the site to be up.
- Gather records. Order screenshots, payment receipts, PayPal transaction IDs, parcel tracking numbers.
- Track anything already shipped. A parcel with an international tracking number can be followed on the carrier's site directly.
- Use your payment provider. PayPal and card payments have dispute routes with time limits. Check yours now, not later.
- Contact sellers directly for goods paid but not yet shipped, if the listing still exists. The seller was paid by the agent, so expect limited help.
- Write to us at [email protected] if you hold a dated Pandagoo document that would correct a plate. We cannot recover orders, but we will fix the record.
