Trail through the Readout: Home Figure board Forwarding plates
Pandagoo forwarding figures for parcels you ship in yourself
Fifteen days, sixty days and a balance debit you do not approve: the forwarding rules were stricter than the purchase rules, and they are spelled out here.
Pandagoo offered forwarding ("Go to forwarding" sat beside "Go to purchase" on the archived home screen). The rules are stricter than for purchases: shorter storage for mistakes, charges taken without asking, and no after-sales help. Five plates set them out.
Plate: fifteen days to add a courier number
Forwarding is for goods you bought elsewhere in China and had sent to the Pandagoo warehouse. Its first clock starts when you open the order.
15
days to add a courier number
Forwarding
Archive wording
If you submit a forwarding order without filling in the logistics number, please make sure to complete the logistics information within 15 days, otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled by the system.
What it comes to
You could open a forwarding order before you had the courier number, but only for fifteen days. Without the number, the warehouse cannot match an incoming box to your account.
Check before you pay
- Create the forwarding order only once the sender has shipped.
- Paste the courier number exactly as the sender gives it, letters included.
- If the sender is slow, set a reminder for day twelve.

Plate: sixty days for an unmatched parcel
The sharpest sentence in the archive concerns boxes the warehouse cannot place.
60
days for an unmatched parcel
Forwarding
Archive wording
If your domestic package sent to the platform warehouse is not matched with the forwarding order in a timely manner, it will be considered as an abnormal package upon warehouse receipt. The storage period for abnormal packages is only 60 days.
What it comes to
A box that arrived without a matching forwarding order became an "abnormal package" with sixty days of storage, a fifth of the normal term. The rest of the sentence is blunt: after sixty days the goods are treated as overdue and ownership passes to the warehouse operator.
Check before you pay
- Put your account name or the forwarding order number on the address label if the sender allows it.
- Check the forwarding list a few days after the courier shows delivery.
- Contact support the moment a delivered parcel does not appear.
Plate: cash-on-delivery postage taken from the balance
Two lines about courier fees point in the same direction from opposite ends.

Archive wording
CAUTION, if your package shipping fee is collected upon delivery, platform will charge the cost from your account balance without your confirmation.
What it comes to
If a sender used collect-on-delivery postage, the warehouse paid the courier and took the amount from your balance without asking. Another line asks senders to prepay ("This platform does not receive the payment, please pay the Courier fee before sending"), so the two lines together say: prepay, and if you do not, you will be charged anyway.
Check before you pay
- Ask the sender to prepay domestic postage.
- Keep enough balance to cover a surprise courier charge; the archive warns storage fails otherwise.
- Check the balance history after each forwarded arrival.
Plate: the four transfer steps
The forwarding help text includes a numbered procedure, the most complete process description in the archive.

transfer steps

Archive wording
Step 1. Obtain the platform warehouse address through online support or the transfer order filling page. Provide the address to sender and let sender forward the goods to this address. Step 2. Fill in the transfer format as required and submit it.
What it comes to
The full text has four steps: get the warehouse address, file the transfer order, wait for the warehouse to receive and photograph the goods, then find them on the order page and ship them like any purchase. Each line of goods you add to the transfer order counts as one "PI order", and the warehouse will not sort or count the goods for you.
Check before you pay
- List each distinct item as its own line so the photos can be matched to it.
- Use the warehouse address exactly as given, including any account code.
- Expect the opening inspection here too; forwarded boxes are unpacked like purchased ones.
Plate: forwarded goods get no after-sales help
The service notice ends with a list of things the warehouse would not do for forwarded goods.
none
after-sales on forwarded goods
Forwarding
Archive wording
Platform won’t provide any after-sales service for your transfer products. If you need after-sales service, please contact the sender or seller yourself.
What it comes to
Goods you bought elsewhere and forwarded were yours to sort out. The warehouse would ship them back to the sender at most. Missing pieces not caused by the warehouse were not compensated, and special or professional goods could not get a proper inspection.
Check before you pay
- Have the seller photograph the goods before sending; you will have no other independent record.
- Buy through the agent instead if after-sales help matters.
- Ask for paid detailed photos if the arrival photos do not show what you need.
- Warehouse plates storage and photos for purchased goods
- Deadline stack calculator the 15 and 60 days as dates
- Seven-leg guide the ordinary purchase route
