Trail through the Readout: Home Figure board Blank figures
Blank Pandagoo figures the server would have supplied
The archive kept sentences like "{amount} yuan per time" with the number missing. This page lists every gap, why it is empty, and what to ask before paying.
Slots the server filled at runtime
Pandagoo's site was a single-page app. The text lived in a language file bundled with the code, while live values arrived from the server each time a page opened. When the public web archive saved the site on 8 March 2026 it captured the language file and the code, not the server responses. Every sentence survived; every live number became a marker in curly braces.
We counted the markers that matter to a buyer. The commission inputs, the rehearsal price, the volume coefficient, coupon thresholds and dates, insurance and add-on prices, line prices and weight limits are all missing. So is the complaint email address, which reads "haijun{'@'}platform", a stand-in from the template that nobody swapped for a working domain.

Fixed and percentage commission values
The payment formula needs two inputs: a US dollar amount added per payment and a percentage the total is grossed up by. Neither appears. They were almost certainly different for PayPal, card and Stripe, as is common across agents, and possibly zero for payments from the balance. Without them nobody can say what a Pandagoo order cost on top of goods and freight.
Ask: "For a payment of US$50 by [method], what fixed amount and what percentage does the checkout apply?" A straight answer with two numbers is a good sign. An answer that only repeats "0% commission" is answering a different question.
The rehearsal package price
Two sentences give the price as "{amount} yuan per time". The service around it is well described: pack, weigh, measure, show the details, then pay freight from the same page. What we cannot tell is whether a rehearsal cost five yuan or fifty, and that decides whether it is worth using. A trial pack is only worth paying for when its price is clearly below the difference between two line quotes for the same parcel.
The volume coefficient
The size rule reads "volume coefficient ({rate})". Industry values run from about 5,000 to 8,000 depending on the line. The difference is large: the same 40 by 30 by 20 cm carton bills at 4,800 g, 4,000 g or 3,000 g. Since the coefficient belongs to each line rather than to the agent, ask for it line by line when comparing quotes.
Photo add-ons, line prices and insurance rates
Extra photos were free for purchases, but the forwarding rules mention paid "detailed Photos" with no price. No shipping line names or prices were saved at all, because the line list came from the server. Insurance had labelled fields ("Insurance premium", "Insured amount", "Insurance cost") and no rate. Value-added services appear as a line in the freight bill with no menu of what they were.
Without line names we cannot compare Pandagoo with any other agent on shipping, which is usually the largest cost in a haul. We have not guessed.
Getting each blank answered before paying
If Pandagoo's site returns, one short message to support could fill most of this page. We would send it before the first top-up:
- Fixed amount and percentage applied per payment, for each payment method.
- Price of one rehearsal package.
- Volume coefficient, weight limits and price per weight band for the lines to your country.
- Insurance rate and what it pays out on.
- Price of extra detailed photos for forwarded parcels.
- What happens to goods on day 301 of storage.
- A working email address for complaints, since the archived one was a template value.
Keep the reply. A dated written answer is worth more than any figure on this site, including ours.
- Figure board every plate in one place
- Agent figure audit the same questions for any agent
- Pandagoo record why the site is unreachable
