What is Pandagoo Spreadsheet, and what does the agent do?
What is the Pandagoo Spreadsheet Readout? Two things on one site. First, a Spreadsheet in the shoppers' sense: a product catalogue of goods from Chinese marketplaces, grouped into sixteen shelves, each card linking to the listing so you can browse by category and paste a link into an agent. Our cards show the numbers we read on each listing (first-step price, minimum order and one more figure that matters) with the date.
Use the catalogue to save an original listing, exact variant and quantity. Use this Readout to understand the archived charges. Neither action places an order or confirms that Pandagoo can currently accept one; the dated service record is a separate check.
Second, a readout of Pandagoo itself. Pandagoo is a buying agent: it pays Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and Goofish sellers for you, gathers the goods at its Chinese warehouse and sends them overseas. Its site went dark in March 2026, but a saved copy kept the text of its screens, and that text is full of figures. We put each one on a plate: the archive wording, what it comes to, and what to check before paying.

Archive plates, storage clock through refund clock
The figure board holds 41 plates across fees, paying in, the warehouse, parcels, returns and forwarding. Six of them, in the order a buyer meets them:
- 300Storage: days of free storage
- 0Commission: purchasing service fee
- 5 + 3QC photos: inspection photos
- 72 hDeadline: to pay freight
- 5Return request: days after signing
- 12Refund: days to reach the balance
Some plates have a yellow gauge. Those are figures the archive kept as a sentence and lost as a number, such as the rehearsal package price and the volume coefficient. The blank figures page lists them all.
Pandagoo's own site, as seen in late October
Status, 24 October 2026 Our check of pandagoo.com and www.pandagoo.com that day returned a Cloudflare 522 error, meaning the origin server did not answer. This site therefore carries no sign-up button and no link to that domain until it loads again.
Because the official site does not load, there is no sign-up button on this site and no link to pandagoo.com. The timeline on the Pandagoo record page shows the domain parked for sale until early 2026, a working agent captured from 8 to 22 March, and nothing since. We recheck on every pass and log the result.
How to budget for goods and international shipping separately
The archive kept Pandagoo's payment formula: (amount payable + a fixed dollar part) divided by (1 minus a percentage). It runs on each payment, goods and freight alike. Our fee calculator shows what that does when you pay for a haul in two or three goods checkouts and then pay freight: with sample settings of US$0.40 and 4.2 per cent, US$84.20 owed becomes US$89.14 charged. The deadline stack next to it turns every archived clock into a date.
Run the same basket with one goods payment and with several smaller payments. Compare the handling cost, then reserve freight separately. An unknown charge stays unknown: a zero in the calculator is a planning assumption, not evidence that the agent waives it.
Open the calculators and replace the sample settings with the ones on your payment page.

Seven legs of a Pandagoo order
The order guide walks through the archived screens from sign-up to a claim after delivery, with the figures that applied at each leg: the coupon package at sign-up, the handling formula at checkout, five photos and the 300-day clock at the warehouse, the eight-hour quote and 72-hour payment window for the parcel, and the three-day claim window at the end.

The full walk-through, with the figures for every step, is in the seven-leg guide.
Why the Readout keeps every figure dated
Most Pandagoo pages repeat "300 days free storage" and "0% commission" without the sentence around them, the date, or the figures that were never published. Figures go stale. A storage term promised in March is not a storage term today, and a site that does not load cannot be held to anything. So every plate carries the archive date, every product card carries the date we read its listing, and the Readout log records each recheck. If something is wrong, the correction address is on the About page.
The same habit is how we suggest judging any agent: count what it publishes. The agent figure audit scores Pandagoo four out of nine.
Corners of the Readout worth bookmarking
- Fee plates: zero commission, the handling formula, coupons, the freight bill.
- Paying-in plates: methods, top-up limits, the HKD 65 wire charge, exchange rate.
- Warehouse plates: storage, photos, opened boxes, and how to check QC photos.
- Parcel plates: quotes, the 72-hour window, declared value, volumetric weight.
- Return plates and forwarding plates.
- Reading wholesale listings: price ladders, minimum batches, jin and flat widths.
- Vocabulary and reader questions when something on a screen is unclear.
